I placed my order. I received it quickly. Once it came. I opened it up. Everything was there at a few questions so I sent an email. I got a response back quickly. Have not installed anything yet. Will give update after that.

Package was delivered quickly. A couple things were missing initially, but customer service was great and got it to me on time to be able to use the shop time I had set up. Tech support was super responsive, and took lots of time answering all my questions.

Tune is clean, and truck runs great. Wish I would have done it sooner.

I'm super happy with these tunes, I have had other tuners and this one defidenty has the smoothes and best running engine I've had.! Would recommend for someone look to enhance performance and reliability.

Plug and play. Doesn't get much easier. This is my 2nd Ecodiesel to have tuned. Customer service has been excellent. Very helpful, even with my self induced issues, they have been patient and very helpful the whole way
